Qinhuangdao is not one seaside centre but a long urban coast joining three useful travel zones: the working city in Haigang District, the resort shore of Beidaihe and the Great Wall landscape of Shanhaiguan. Its strongest route combines sea and wall without pretending they sit next door. Choose a base for the experience you value most, then use rail or current public transport for the other districts.
