Yandangshan — Goose and Reed Mountain — is a Cretaceous volcano turned sculpture garden on Zhejiang's subtropical coast, east of Wenzhou. Sheer rhyolite walls, pinnacles and caves have been name-checked by Chinese poets and travel writers for a thousand years, and the modern park is built around three famous wonders: the cliff silhouettes of Lingfeng by night, the wire-walkers of Lingyan, and the long drop of the Dalongqiu waterfall.
